One of the things that I like best about reading my Bible is that I can do it at my own pace. If I want to read Numbers 12-14 every day for a week before moving on, I can do that. If I want to skip ahead to Joshua or Jusges, I can do that too. It is completely self-directed. Unlike the 50+ pages of linguistics papers that I have to finish tonight...
